Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

League Orchard is a platform that helps youth sports organizations run registration, rosters, schedules, messaging, and payments. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it. Questions or requests can always go to matt@goodshire.org.

What we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and optionally a phone number and profile photo.

Registration and family data. When a parent or guardian registers a player, or a club admin enters roster data, we store what they enter: player names, birth dates, grade or division, equipment sizes, emergency contacts, and similar registration fields. This can include information about minors, entered by their guardians or by the club they belong to.

Activity within the platform. Messages you send through the platform, RSVPs, schedule changes, and basic usage logs that help us keep the service running and debug problems.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: running your club. That means processing registrations, building rosters, publishing schedules, delivering messages and notifications, and tracking payments. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not show ads, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase on US-based cloud infrastructure, protected by access controls so each organization only sees its own data. Authentication is handled by Clerk.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers or our database. We store only what we need to show payment status: things like whether a registration fee has been paid.

Children's data

League Orchard is used by adults: parents, guardians, coaches, and club administrators. Information about children is entered and controlled by their guardians or by authorized club admins. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children, and children do not have their own accounts. Kids' data is never shared with advertisers or any third party beyond the services listed above that are required to run the platform.

Deletion and your choices

You can ask us to delete your account, your family's data, or an entire organization's data at any time by emailing matt@goodshire.org. We will confirm and complete the deletion promptly.

Beta caveat

League Orchard is in beta. Features may change, and this policy will be updated as the product evolves. If we make a change that meaningfully affects how your data is handled, we will notify account holders by email.
