These terms govern your use of League Orchard, a platform for managing youth sports organizations, operated by League Orchard. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. Questions: matt@goodshire.org.
League Orchard is beta software. It is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, be added, or be removed while we build. We work hard to keep the platform reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation during the beta.
Use League Orchard for its intended purpose: running youth sports organizations. Do not use the platform to harass anyone, send spam, upload unlawful content, attempt to access data belonging to another organization or family, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
If you administer an organization on League Orchard, you are responsible for the accuracy of your club's data: rosters, schedules, fees, and communications. You also confirm that you have the authority to enter the family and player information you add to the platform, including information about minors, and that guardians have consented where consent is required. Guardians who register their own children are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit.
Payments on the platform are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms. Registration fees are set by each organization, and funds flow to the organization's account. Refunds are governed by the policies of the organization collecting the fee. League Orchard does not store card numbers. During the beta, use of the platform itself is free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Orchard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost data, lost revenue, or scheduling errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is zero.
You may stop using League Orchard and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing matt@goodshire.org. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the platform or its users at risk. If we ever discontinue the beta, we will give organizations reasonable notice and a way to export their data.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
